General Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation:
    • Craft engaging posts that inform and captivate audiences.
      • Develop and curate visually appealing content, including photos and graphics with compelling captions.
    • Audience Engagement:
      • Utilize relevant hashtags to enhance post visibility.
      • Respond promptly to comments and messages, fostering direct engagement with followers (as needed).
      • Organize contests and giveaways to encourage audience interaction and content sharing (as needed).
    • Performance Monitoring:
      • Analyze and interpret metrics, including comments, likes, shares, views, and clicks, to assess the success of social media efforts.
      • Use insights to refine strategies and optimize content for better performance.
    • Campaign Management:
      • Develop and execute social media campaigns aligned with specific themes, topics, or advertising strategies.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent brand identity across all marketing channels.
    • Promotional Activities:
      • Market products, services, and events on behalf of clients, ensuring effective promotion and visibility.
    • Collaboration:
      • Work closely with other marketing and advertising professionals to create a cohesive and consistent brand personality.
    • Community Building:
      • Foster brand loyalty and cultivate an online community of followers through strategic initiatives and engagement.


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management.
  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically.
  • Proficient in using social media analytics tools.

Compensation:

  • Hourly rate commensurate with experience.

Location:

  • Remote.
