Clever is a fast-growing virtual workforce with individuals specializing in marketing, design, and website services serving faith-based or faith-led organizations around the United States. The culture is fun and flexible and values health more than growth; however, given their growth and success since 2019, they are needing to transition from small start-up to mid-size company and are actively looking for part-time or full-time Senior Relationship Managers to assist with the growth.
Summary of Role:
A Senior Relationship Manager oversees and leads the bridge between our clients and our services team at Clever. Having assigned accounts and a small team of Relationship Managers, a Senior Relationship Manager strives to proactively and strategically meet and identify the goals and needs of the clients they serve by bringing in the right expertise from our team - web, marketing, church communication, production, graphic design and/or capital campaign creative.
To succeed in this position, candidates should have a strong marketing and/or church communications background with exceptional communication, computer, and problem-solving skills. You should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable and organized and able to build rapport with team members and clients.
General Responsibilities:
- Oversees, leads and develops multiple client accounts and the Relationship Managers who run project management of accounts
- Develops relationships with their assigned clients to ensure client success, including strategic planning, problem-solving, monthly and quarterly meetings
- Exemplary modeling of Clever’s mission, vision, values and rhythms
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and specific HubSpot certifications
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in marketing and/or church communications
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lead and work as part of a team
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics and Hubspot
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising
Salary and Compensation:

$40.00 - $50.00/hr + benefits
Position:

Full-time & Remote, 32-40 hours per week
