  • Role: Provides oversight and project management to assigned client accounts.

Clever is a fast-growing virtual workforce with individuals specializing in marketing, design, production, and website services serving faith-based and/or faith-led organizations around the United States. The culture is fun and flexible and values health more than growth; however, given their growth and success since 2019, they are needing to transition from small start-up to mid-size company and are actively looking for part-time Relationship Managers to assist with the growth.


Summary of Role:

A Relationship Manager is a marketing generalist and the primary point of contact for both our clients and our services team members - bridging the gap between the needs of our clients and the expertise of our services team members. The Relationship Manager strives to proactively and strategically meet and identify the goals and needs of the clients they serve by bringing in the right expertise from our service team members that specialize in graphic design, marketing, website, and production. 

To succeed in this position, candidates should have a marketing and/or church communications background with exceptional communication, administration, computer, and problem-solving skills. You should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized with the ability to build rapport with team members and clients in a remote environment.

 

General Responsibilities:

  • Oversees, manages, and carries multiple client accounts in providing support, strategy, and margin to their organizations.
  • Develops relationships with assigned clients to ensure client success, including strategic planning, problem-solving, and project management. 
  • Prepares for and leads Weekly Meetings with clients and assigns all new projects and tasks that come from it.
  • Manages the day-to-day projects and tasks for all of the clients you lead in line with Clever’s Processes, Core Convictions, and Rhythms.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing and/or church communications type roles. 
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
Compensation:
  • $25.00 - $40.00/hr + benefits 

Position:

  • Part-time & Remote, 20-25 hours per week
