General Responsibilities:
- Customizing Ad Campaigns:
- Tailor advertising campaigns for digital and social media platforms to meet client objectives.
- Develop creative and engaging ad content that resonates with target audiences.
- Pay-Per-Click Strategies:
- Create and implement paid ads strategies for platforms like Google Ads, Bing, Meta and LinkedIn.
- Conduct thorough research on keywords and craft relevant ad copy for maximum effectiveness.
- Campaign Optimization:
- Optimize ads campaigns by refining targeting parameters and adjusting strategies based on analytics.
- Utilize A/B testing to identify high-performing ads and continuously improve campaign performance.
- Analytics Assessment:
- Analyze campaign analytics, including impressions, conversion rates, and click-through rates.
- Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for optimizing future campaigns.
- Audience Segmentation:
- Leverage audience segmentation and targeting techniques to reach specific consumer demographics effectively.
- Performance Reporting:
- Generate comprehensive performance reports for clients and executive team members.
- Clearly communicate campaign results, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Budget Management:
- Allocate advertising budgets for each client based on their goals and priorities.
- Ensure efficient and effective use of resources to maximize ROI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance overall marketing strategies.
- Traditional Media Planning:
- Plan and manage traditional media advertising, including print advertisements.
- Integrate traditional and digital strategies for a cohesive and impactful advertising approach.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Paid Ads Specialist or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of digital and traditional advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta and other relevant advertising tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
Compensation:
- Hourly rate commensurate with experience.
