Summary of Position:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Videographer/Editor to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through video and a strong understanding of how to craft compelling footage and edits for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.

 General Responsibilities:

• Shoot and edit high-quality video content for various media platforms including social media, website, advertising, and long-form content.
• Collaborate with other team members from other departments to ensure project success.
• Maintain attention to detail and accuracy.
• Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and techniques in videography and editing, and apply them to new projects.
• Participate in the development of shot lists, storyboards, and concept sketches to determine the direction of a project.
• Manage on-location shoots, including lighting, audio, and camera setup.
• Provide an estimate of the length of time to complete a project.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• At least 2+ years of experience in videography and video editing.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and/or comparable editing software.
• Strong understanding of camera equipment, lighting, and audio capture.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• A passion for staying up to date with the latest video production trends and techniques.

Compensation:

• Hourly rate commensurate with experience.
