General Responsibilities:

• Create designs including (but not limited to) social media, flyers, brochures, magazine layout, logos, branding elements, and themed graphics, using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator and Acrobat; proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe XD, Canva (for client templates), Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Sheets and any other presentation software, is also a plus.
• Collaborate with other team members from other departments to ensure project success.
• Maintain attention to detail and accuracy.
• Establish and maintain latest design standards and best practices.
• Provide an estimate of the length of time to complete a project.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

• At least five years of design experience is required.
• Experience as a Creative Director or in leading teams of designers.
• Strong portfolio of design work.
• Proficiency in the primary design tools from the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, etc).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• A passion for staying up to date with the latest design trends and techniques.

Compensation:

• $45-$55/ hr, based on experience.
